Since September 2018, the Coalition has worked together with community residents, volunteers and other human rights organizations to rescue an abandoned school in the community and transform it into a community services center focusing on women. Since March 2019 the Center has offered support and education in areas such as emotional health, agriculture, economic development, handcrafts and business, that participants have used to generate much needed income which helps them live more independent lives.
